Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The referral program is open to all existing and past clients of InsBOSS USA, Inc who are either residents of the United States of America or can be from another country provided the brokerage/agency of the referral is legally operating in the United States of America.

2. Referral Process:

  • Participants can refer anyone – brokerage/agency, friends and/or family members, by sharing their unique referral link or code provided by InsBOSS USA, Inc.

  • Referrals must be made via the official channels designated by InsBOSS USA, Inc. to be eligible for rewards. The official channels participants can use to share their referral links are through email or online platforms  (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.). Referees need to click on the referral link sent to them so our website can capture the referrer accordingly. 

3. Reward Eligibility:

  • To qualify for the $100 reward, the referred person must be a new client who has never made a purchase or engaged with InsBOSS USA, Inc. before.

  • The $100 reward will be issued to the referrer once the referred client  has an official start date as defined by InsBOSS USA, Inc.

4. Reward Distribution:

  • Rewards will be processed as a deduction from the next bill of the referrer, after the official start date of the new client (referral) with InsBOSS USA, Inc.

  • Rewards are non-transferable. Rewards can be applied to a client’s own subscription.

5. Limits on Referrals:

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.

  • InsBOSS USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.

6. Fraudulent Activity:

  • InsBOSS USA, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant or cancel any rewards if it suspects fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral program.

7. Data Protection:

  • By participating in the referral program, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the program.

8. Jurisdiction and Venue:

  • This program shall be governed by, and construed under, the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be commenced in a federal or state court located in Nassau County, New York. The Parties to this Agreement: (i) irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any such court in any such dispute, suit, action, or proceeding and (ii) irrevocably waive (to the extent permitted by applicable law) any objection which they now or hereafter may have to venue in these courts and any objection on the ground that any such dispute, suit, action, or proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
